The old pomegranate tree 📸

There's an old pomegranate tree in my house.
It's almost as old as my mother. It was already thirty years old when I was born.
I didn't know pomegranates were expensive. I ate them as they grew on the tree.
It is an inherent part of my childhood. I felt like a little witch when I ate pomegranates, and I loved it.
A few years ago, we had to transplant it. At first, it was all wilted, and we thought it was going to die. But luckily, it was the rainy season, and it recovered, but only now, many years later, has it started to flower and bear fruit again.
I don't have anything spectacular to say about it, but it's a very important part of my memories and I'm happy that it's bearing fruit again.
